Nausicca could be described as a Mary Sue. If Hayao Miyazaki, one of the greatest storytellers of our time, has written a Mary Sue character then maybe it shouldn't be considered such a faux pas.

Nausicca was absolutely stunning from front to back. An absolute masterclass in visual storytelling, worldbuilding and atmosphere, Miyazaki paints a picture so vivid with this film you can't help but be enchanted. Truly a wonderful experience I won't soon forget.
