Excuse me.

Do you know Yolande de Polastron(Polignac)?
She was a person who lived in the same era as Marie Antoinette.
She is the most beautiful woman in the world🇫🇷

I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

So it's day here in Canada,

Here's some personal art I did since 2020 for the sake of Mental Health Awareness, to express my inner thoughts+feelings, or vent out my anger/sadness towards traumatic events via digital painting

Art Therapy is seriously underrated.

Mental health's something we all have our times where we struggle with it. I know I have on many occasions and still do. Sometimes I still am nervous to open up about them, but there are people who care and want to listen. Don't be afraid to speak up.

Final push, here we go!

I made this piece capturing my personal sense of relief when releasing this weight of grief back in November 2020. It reflected on the grief I felt after losing a loved one at a young age.

Appreciate for awareness.

However, some of us get left behind.

This mental health truly is 'just crazy' as people have told us.

No local, regional, or famous online orgs have room or believe.

We're trying to stay positive, but the fight is tiring.
