@geoffdudgeon It does print in that orientation, if I understand correctly. Its made it more of a challenge. Its why there is a chamfer here.

not a lot of progress today but I cleaned up the hairline a bit - couldn't quite get the chamfer and boolean tools to work with me in the way I was hoping but I might try a new approach later.
Up next I might shift gears to the torso for a bit to give myself some variation :V

The finish and body width is similar. I prefer the smoother chamfer on the Wörther where the cone meets the shaft.
