In this case, the line barely touches the epiphysis on the left, further suggesting SCFE

it's more obvious as an adult but im preeetty sure he has femoral retroversion (knee pointing outwards instead of forward), it makes sitting with legs open, limping and "out-toeing". a leg is usually worse than the other and grows worse with age. as he do!
