I started originally with a quadruped mech design for Wildvine, but felt that it didn't really fit with his aesthetic, so I leaned on the vine aspect as tendrils and muscle, with a touch of Evangelion. I liked the final result.

I also like to over exaggerate lines, forearms and shoulders I like to bring attention to the muscle, knowing how a body part works (look at your own arm or leg for reference) can really help bring body parts to life...

don't make it look like it's starving, but it's no need to add unecessary muscle. Carnotaurus muscle attachments don't support such huge and thick neck muscles. Adn even if you do want to add unecessary muscle, just remember that a thinner neck is more reasonable.
