I just want to say is that current inostrancevia model looks honestly pretty bad. Basically every other gorgonopsid in game looks more like an actual inostrancevia than inostrancevia. Here's my proposition of how it could be fixed to look more natural:

Tip for paleoartists: if drawing a scene of the Great Dying, don't use Scutosaurus or Inostrancevia, those were already extinct by then. Use fauna from the Vyazniki Faunal Assemblage, as those were the closest to the PT Extinction.
