Not many vertebrates are known from the Late Triassic Norian stage in Western North America: Shastasaurus (or Shonisaurus) sikkaniensis from the Pardonet formation of British Columbia was the largest marine reptile ever found. Gunakadeit was an odd thalattosaur from Alaska.
It's friday ladies and gentlemen...
Shastasaurus! Probably the biggest (and chonkiest) creature I've worked on so far.
Icons for some upcoming creatures I'll be modding in #JurassicWorldEvolution2.
The species are the following: Achillobator, Purussaurus, Sarcosuchus and Shastasaurus.
Batch 15, featuring the titans of titans of Merfolk kind (and a Helicoprion).
One is peaceful, the others had titanic battles still told by future generations

Shastasaurus #sketch i finally got around to finishing, sadly the idea of jellyfish hunter is inaccurate cause it requires suction feeding, i tried figuring out what it was eating, and all i was doing was staring into an abyss
Skull details are mostly based from Guanlingsaurus liangae and Shastasaurus pacificus, early I tried to fit these on Shonisaurus but turned out to be more different in many aspects, which was one of the reasons why I dropped the attempt of making it Shoni base as people often do
It's another #SciArtTweetStorm, this time with some #paleoart. Mosasaurus, Shastasaurus, Liopleuropdon and Titanosaurs. PLEASE RT!
