Really pleased with this, I now procedurally generate the Caustic texture dynamically on each load.

It's not quite as perfect as the Wind Waker texture but works pretty nicely and is random. Try refreshing the page to see how it changes.

Little details I am proud of:

Under water ripples
Slight waves on the water geometry
Foam line where other models contact the surface
The way colours fade out underwater
the surface ripples
how they fade in the distance
The opacity-fade at the foam edges

@JasperRLZ I tweaked mine to be a little close, it fades out at the edges by distance from camera, the dark fading out first. I added a high frequency ripple to the light one.

I also tweaked the transparency so items are a little visible below the water then fade.
