Hey all you glittery rainbow farts, it's time for another round of comic recommendations. First up, Dean's been reading Franken Fran by Katsuhisa Kigitsu. Dr. Madaraki's the best doctor in the world, but when visitors come looking for his expertise they find his creation, Fran!

Josh has been indulging in Thor: God of Thunder, by @jasonaaron and Esad Ribic: gods are dying in mass numbers and it comes to Thor (technically, Thors) to find out who is behind it all. The comic features Thor from the past, present and future.

Next up we have my pick Black Monday Murders by @JHickman @tommcoker @ruswooton @MichaelGarland. Money is magic in this series following cultist financiers and a Detective who looks to unravel these secrets.

It’s Wednesday! It’s #NCBD! It’s time for us to recommend our picks from this weeks episode in a section yet unnamed. First up is Blacksad by @jjguarnido & @JDiazCanales. The titular Blacksad is a Private Detective taking on a....menagerie of cases shall we say?

@DarkHorseComics The art styles are wonderfully expressive and varied, especially in the Portal ones which helps to convey a troubled state of mind. But Valve, would it kill you to credit your artists?!

What's up everybody, it's time for some Wednesday recommendations for #NCBD. First is Jade's choice, Valve Presents: The Sacrifice and Other Steampowered Stories (published by @DarkHorseComics).
This collection expands the storylines of Left 4 Dead, Team Fortress 2 and Portal.

Finally is Jade’s pick. Fish + Chocolate by @autojoy is a collection of short stories about the relationships between mothers and their children. One is a pied piper esque horror, another is a tale of creative struggle and neglect, and the last (Jades favourite) is about loss.

It’s #NCBD and it’s time for our Wednesday Inspirations. Kicking off this week is Josh’s recommendation, Nichijou by Keiichi Arawi. A gag series about the every day life of a child prodigy, her robot, talking cat and eclectic range of other characters.
