Meet THE CAREER WOMAN, that #BossBitch who's worked hard for her success despite the pressures from society and her family

The Career Woman is defined by her success and determination, having had to sacrifice things in her life like a stable love life and having a family

The world of Capitalites (aka our world) is one where labels are thrown around and placed on us without consent

The Slut is a character based off a dear friend who claims the label as her own after having it been placed on her...

and a big part of navigating that is owning who

So um everyone meet THE HIMBO

He might not be the smarter or wittiest dude around but he's definitely one of the nicest and most genuine (and hunkiest)

...and as we all know in the world of Capitalites, nice and genuine people don't last long...

And then we have the Zha Boh (查某), a term which literally means "girl" in hokkien and is often used to denote a "typical girly girl" in SEAsian Chinese circles

I purposefully chose a Mayali faceclaim for her to challenge the notion that she's unique to Chinese communities

The Road to #Capitalites continues with my two favourite characters: the girl you wish you were and the girl you probably are

It's the perfect female BFF pairing!

Wolf Children is a charming, aesthetically amazing film about a single mother bringing her children up in a small town

This is one that pulls on the heartstrings which going into a pity party or corny cheesefest

Probably one of the most endearing films I've ever seen
