The high elasticity of Volvidon's shell means forging it requires severe pressure. The jagged shell on its back is ideal for crafting flexible gear due to its high elasticity. Constant heat exposure has tempered its claws like steel.

Volvidon has four claws on its forelegs, and the second claw on each hand is abnormally large and often compared to a trowel. Many people find Volvidon to be a cute monster, and while it isn't an aggressive monster, it will attack if it feels cornered or threatened.

I thought those visuals reminded me a bit of something.

I don't hate Almudron at all (I think it's a good monster that needs a little more tweaking), but considering Uroktor (Which is in Rise) and Agnaktor, it feels odd to give Almudron a fire-based subspecies that can swim in lava.

I honestly had no idea what they could do with Almudron (At most, I expected it to get some kind of variant), and I definitely wasn't expecting a subspecies that uses the fire element in #Sunbreak. I do like Magma Almudron's design and fiery attacks so far.

I can see why people are comparing it to the Yuki-onna, and I definitely wasn't expecting Somnacanth to get an ice element subspecies. Some of Aurora Somnacanth's ice-based attacks look terrifying yet beautiful.
