A few days ago I shared a rendered version of my #Kiri sculpture, but realized I was moving too quickly.
I took a few steps back and made some more base-level improvements.
Thought I'd share a small viewport render update :D

Hey friends!
Here's some progress on my sculpt. It's still somewhere in the realm of uncanny valley, but it's slowly getting better! It's been quite an interesting project so far!
Feel free to leave feedback! Any input is welcome :D

Really starting to be about time that I finish up Sisu's face sculpt. It's definitely getting close, but I'd say not 100% there. Feel free to give any feedback/criticism that you can think of! (Obviously reference is posed and the sculpt is neutral, keep that in mind) #b3d
So far, I've always used Quad remesher, which is useful for single-frame renders but not exactly good for animation.
Just tried to manually retopo Sisu, while keeping the amount of poles as low as possible. They appear almost impossible to fully avoid :/
Any tips/feedback? #b3d
First time trying out facial rigging in Blender. Rigging is something that I have always been trying to avoid, just because it looks so daunting to learn. So far it's been actually super fun and educational instead. Here's a super janky animation of Sisu saying 'Hello there' :P
It REALLY is about time I start learning zbrush. I wont immediately switch over to it as daily driver software, but will definitely try to get used to it.
In the meantime, check out this absolutely beautiful masterpiece I created. #zbrush #sculpting
More progress on the A320 cockpit; started working on the overhead panel, which will need to be slightly tilted upwards, but I'll do that once all details there are added.
Still considering redoing the windows frames; they look terrible :|

Purely out of curiosity I started experimenting a bit with fur. I think it looks interesting #b3d
Also did some work on the rear paws. The toes are a bit more spread out to prevent remeshing and rigging issues. They can be easily posed back after the rigging phase.
