I made two OCs in 2009 that look similar to canon characters that came out years later and honestly, I get giddy that there's character designers out there that shell out the same general aesthetic that I enjoy shelling out! I don't feel original, but I dont feel alone, either!

Facebook showed me some watercolor drawings from 2016/2018 and they look so washed-out compared to how my paintings are now!

It’s not the kind of dark blue I wanted, but with watercolor it makes for a particular look I never knew would look cool!

I stick to lined art because my janky lines add to the expressiveness of my art and even then my lines don’t feel janky enough
