If I was a big influencer I would start the hashtag #WolfwalkersShouldWin. Because it’s so sad to think that the best animated film of 2020, a masterpiece of the medium, might go empty-handed on Oscar night.

Tomm Moore and the team at Cartoon Saloon are animation geniuses. In addition to their features, their segment in the film KAHLIL GIBRAN’S THE PROPHET (On Love) is absolutely breathtaking. Just on a whole other level of intricate beauty.

It’s outrageous that the only hand-drawn animated feature to win the Oscar remains SPIRITED AWAY. This year WOLFWALKERS should become the second. Cartoon Saloon’s meticulous craftsmanship on display is nothing short of astonishing.
