@AlitaBabe @doc_ido New York state movie theaters are opening this week, so the estimated number of theaters showing Alita will indeed go up, perhaps by 100 theaters. Los Angeles may also open on 10/23 or 10/30, which would add more theaters showing Alita.

If the average is 10 people per showing, that would be 90,000 tickets X $5, or $450,000 box office. That would probably make Alita the 5th highest grossing movie Halloween weekend. That could happen.
