George III born #otd in 1738.Some of @rhslibraries George III-related special collection items include his wife's signature from 1816. The work is decorated with Strelitzia (#birdofparadise), a genus named after Queen Charlotte's birthplace, the Duchy of Mecklenburg-Strelitz.
