A shaman of the Ndendahe Apache, Geronimo’s life was upended after the Mexican army killed his family. He was well-known for his leadership as well as magical powers, which led to many apocryphal legends about his victories over the enemy armies.
#102 Li Shuwen
Despite his status as a fan and long time favorite, Li Shuwen is not particularly famous in China. Nasu likely learned about him through the martial arts comic Kenji which was running when he was young. The comic features many real-life instructors, including Li.
#101 Rama
The name Rama appears repeatedly in Hindu texts, referring to many different scholars and kings. Rama-chandra is the Rama that appears in FGO.
He is described as dark-skinned and long-armed, specifically that his middle fingers reach past his knees.

One of FGO’s more baffling life choices. Helena was not a pleasant person in life. While influential, she was extremely controversial with fans believing her to be a holy woman and critics accusing her of being a charlatan. (More in alt text)

Medb is believed to have been a territory goddess and protectress of Connacht, who would symbolically marry each king to ensure their legitimacy. Medb and Ailill had seven sons and to ensure a prophecy named them all Maine. (Cont. in alt text)

A good portion of Cú Chulainn’s fearsome reputation stems from the horrific, body-altering warp spasm. Basically, the dude would hulk out. Sources indicate that this was HORRENDOUS to see, with knees reversing, eyes going into his head, organs visible and MORE.
#96 The Cavern King/Edmond Dantes
While best known as the Count of Monte Cristo, his epithet “the Cavern King” comes from the original publication of the novel in Japanese which was “巌窟王”/Gankutsuou (“The Cavern King”). (More in alt text)
#95 Young Gilgamesh
Gilgamesh is a semi-legendary figure. While the details of the Epic are supernatural, Gilgamesh appears on the Sumerian King List and some other inscriptions found in Ur and Uruk, indicating that he would have ruled around 2800-2500 BCE.
