@DarkOverlord96 I'm not talking about graphics, I'm talking about art direction. It was bland and didn't do much to communicate anything of value to the player. Compare Africa in SF3 to Africa in SF4. One is the sum of a lot of deliberate artistic choices, the other is just a bunch of shit.
