If the implication here is that the Quiet Man has been Willie Lumpkin all along, or at any other point, I hate it. If it's a one-time thing, okay.
Part of me doubts he'll ever resurface, but you never know what a writer will do.

I love the rubbery punch. The coiled up stretched arm. It's completely unnecessary and totally awesome.

And featured it on this great first page (although the blue 4 logo overlayed on top of the panels is unnecessary)

I think Leonard Kirk might be one of my fave Thing artists ever.
Also, there is so much payoff at the end of this run. This is the 3rd "Frightful Four" we see, but the closest to a classic lineup. And other than Thundra, they've all played a role in the story so far.

Reed could always break out, but he needed to know more.
This is one of the best moments of the run.

I've never read Sleepwalker, so I don't get horny for him like half of Marvel's writing staff does. He seems neat, but I just don't get it.

Reed voices something I was thinking - that it's crazy how smart The Quiet Man is and all he's done is focus on stalking Sue and attacking Reed. He could have done so much more.
Robinson leans into it, with one of the evilest bits of dialogue ever.

Everything about this is great. Johnny saving Val without powers. Sue holding her. The art. The storytelling. So so so good.

Heroes Reborn Captain America makes an appearance. I actually like the logo on his head instead of the letter A, and it made sense in a world where he was always a SHIELD agent.
I wish there had been a whole line of Heroes Reborn action figures. Sigh.

Reed calls it out as dumb logic, but obviously "The Quiet Man" is too far gone. Robinson ties the whole plot together. Not only did this guy open the portal in issue 1, he was the lawyer in issue 5, and has always been there, messing with things behind the scenes.
