Dragotta's art is the best. I love how many Franklin and Galactus moments we've had since Hickman established this.
"For if we live, there is hope.
And if we hope, there is tomorrow.
And if tomorrow... then... forever."
So the ultimate plot is revealed. Reed is meant to die, but Nathaniel manipulated events at Franklin's direction in order to buy the time he would need to show up and save his father's life. Because every boy deserves a father.
And the two stories come together.
Dragotta's take on these events is so good. I need to look for some of his original art. Especially the first of these 2 pages.
The foreground stuff is fine, but it's what's going on in the background on this page that is really great.
"Franklin-- do something!"
"I'm not supposed to yet."
Man I love it when a plan comes together.
I feel like I keep saying Sue is the best, but, like, how can you disagree?
More Hickman Doom being totally awesome, standing up to four Celestials. Also, Doom's relationship with Valeria is odd, but fun. It's like her way of rebelling against her father.
