Digging more into this possible severe line tomorrow....even though there is almost 0 cape with this line....the shear with this line to form in the upper 40s temps is super impressive. The trough goes negatively tilted heavily too.

Very interesting seeing almost a true reverse pattern right now this deep into the Fall. Usually the Ridge you see in the West and a deep cool trough for the East and just being stuck in it.

Gonna be interesting what they classify #HurricaneDelta . Wind field is expanding but the core is getting more and more messy. Recon barely finding surface winds near 100 MPH but aloft it's still 115mph. This may be a 90mph hurricane at landfall now. Pressure still around 965.

#HurricaneSally definitely getting that core organized. The eye is finally starting to punch through and clear out. This is an intensifying hurricane....albeit somewhat slowly but the presentation is getting better.
