Sliding the Y (luma) component quantization multiplier from 0.5 to 1.75 and back.
My #Townscaper C64 thing, upscaled using my Scale2x shader node implementation in #Blender3d (and further upscaled at 400x so Twitter doesn't mangle the pixels) :)
