Nightwing solicits for November:

Backstory for Heartless and a story about Bitewing in the 2022 Annual, and then a 5th Dimension Imp in Nightwing #98. Should be an interesting month.

On top of Organized Crime you could still have Blockbuster with his string of B-list lackeys. But throw in some regular wild cards, like The Judge and Blue Shrike. Bring back Guppy as Nightwing's informant, like Daredevil has Turk.

Just...populate the city.

I also think giving Nightwing a team of villains like the Sinister Six or Rogues would be cool.

Maybe a revived Circus of Strange under new leadership of Raptor, with new members like Double Dare and Swashbuckler, as well as old ones like Big Top and Phosphorous Rex.

@MarcQuill Only ones I can think of are Professor Pyg, who had his Circus of Strange in Morrison's Batman & Robin, and Saiko, in New 52 Nightwing, who was a member of the Circus, but not a trapeze artist.
