The Phoenix, in an effort to survive, possesses Cyclops (decades before AvX). He blasts the hell out of Darkseid, which looks awesome.
Vic and Wally talking about Dick and Kory's relationship is fun. It's nice to remind the readers that they aren't just teammates, they're friends.
I also really like the way the Teen Titans title looks with the space logo.
Dick has also just always moved better than Bruce, as shown in Detective Comics #38 and Robin Year One. He's more of a natural, and trained from a younger age.
It's cool when old Titans like Garth or Roy cameo, but Garth's weakness is one of the most inconvenient in comics.
In issue 22 Blood has his "Confessor" (read: professional torturer) torture Dick for information. Dick's "stamina far exceeds his reason," which translates to: the Blood cult can't break him with torture.
Oh, NTT #21 is also the first appearance of The Monitor, three years before Crisis on Infinite Earths.
