There is also a push sometimes to add black to his costume, which I am not a big fan of. The black is tied to the yellow in his costume, and so adding more black creates an imbalance that should be resolved with more yellow. When it’s not, it often looks boring, I feel.
IT SHOYLDA BEEN HIM

You know who I think would be real fun artist for a Plastic Man gig? Doug Mahnke.
He’s a stellar artist who‘s unique visual style can range from the hilarious to wicked to colorful to gritty! He’s a co-creator of The Mask, and worked on Plas a lot on JLA, he’d be perfect!
Except that’s not what happened AT ALL. In JLA Id, which the OP was actually thinking about, Plastic Man and Eel O’Brian did get split up, as did the rest of the JLA. But the point of the story was that their identities weren’t so clear cut. Made obvious WITH Plas 3/7
@D4hz4hn Look at this costume and tell me the man ain’t a poser
Ayyyy, Plas is on this cover for Lazarus Planet: Omega 1!
I think this is a GREAT look for the Doom Patrol. Great color scheme
