Clowns out here telling me they prefer machine translation over mine. If you don't want it, then don't read it.
@SimoPegaso Here's a screen cap of the tweet from @NintendoEurope, confirming the release date in English.
Whoops! Nintendo Netherlands just announced the release date of 4.0.0 for Smash Ultimate. If the Twitter auto translate is to be trusted, it seems that 4.0.0 will be released on July 31st, GMT +2.
Thanks to @SimoPegaso for the heads up.
The Melee trophy beta is still amazing.

@japaneseswitch However, this time they were able to get the character quite easily. Sakurai would also like to thank Rare for their assistance as well. Thanks to them, Sakurai was able to satisfy many fan's requests.
@japaneseswitch In the early 2000s, Rare was sold to Microsoft, and Banjo's games came out on the Xbox 360. Microsoft and Nintendo are rivals in the console space. It's usually thought that you shouldn't help our your rivals.
@japaneseswitch Sakurai states this it was difficult for them to join Smash. While Banjo and Kazooie was originally an N64 game, and their inclusion should've been a natural one, they are now owned by Microsoft.
Last note: Sakurai notes that his hand is in some pain. It might be stress. When he sleeps he puts power into his hand that he feels his fingers will break.
Before people flip out about the extra "slots" on the website: please wait until it finishes updating. It might just be an error because of the new changes.
Random Factoid: Masahiro Sakurai has worked with the lead programmer of Dragon Quest 3 and 4 (Naito Hiroshi) on the Mushiking game. Learn more when @SuperBentendo and I launch our podcast!
