I think it's frustrating- and a little telling- that the reaction towards Faye's live action costume is more about it not living up to the animation, rather than celebrating animation for being able to do things live action cannot.

RIP to Ed Asner.

His career was an epic one, but to me the roll that will always come to mind with him is Hudson, the wise old Gargoyle whom Ed imbued with his perfomance immense humanity and wisdom.
