I was going to ask if anyone recognized the artist/source for this 1996 T-shirt image.
I was sure it's from X-FORCE.
Featuring: DOMINO, SIRYN, & BOOM-BOOM.
It's one of the vintage t-shirts that I am listing on eBay and want to credit the artist.

But then I immediately found it.
