Not that I recall.
Sadly, the forehead ankh disappeared for YEARS, until it was brought back - once - (by Roy Thomas, iirc).
Though Doc did fight an entity who used Giant Ankh to siphon energies, and of course, got punched in the head by MOON KNIGHT wearing an Ankh ring.

The miniseries was supposed to be called: THE OTHER SIDE OF DEATH iirc).
They promised it several times.

It never happened.

However, they used the potential of a new, alternate history to allow for JMS' failed #DoctorSTRANGE "MATRIX" movie-treatment "STRANGE"...

@FACIALHAIRBROS Obviously, I can't really critique a film that hasn't been released yet, but from a purely design-sense, If they has gone full-Kirby (I mean EMBRACE the esthetic full-on), it would be a visual spectacle!

@la_marque_jaune The Tarot #DoctorSTRANGE uses in new #DEFENDERS series is supposedly the same one used in #SecretDefenders, tho it doesn't say how he got it back from Ian McNee (to whom he gave it for TAROT/#MysticArcana event).
It has NO set characters.They appear as dictated by the cards.
