Unbelievably excited for this book and unbelievably frustrated that I won’t be able to get it next month when it comes out! October is shaping up to be a fantastic month for palaeontology books.

Can’t say I expected Mattel to produce a series of Jurassic World themed Frogzard toys. I was under the assumption nobody cared about AdventureQuest anymore.
@digital_duck @LVRDeinonychus @colintrevorrow @ILMVFX Minor anatomical quirks aside, he was definitely the first artist to approach the modern vision of azhdarchids too. It’s hard to believe these Paul pieces are from around the same time as these ones by Sibbick. The first one here was hugely influential to me as a kid.
I spent hours working on this in ROBLOX of all things. Special thanks to my son for asking me to play with him. It's restored my faith in my artistic ability.
@SiakaDibba You can’t just ask a question like that and expect me not to take 100 points of psychological damage just trying to narrow it down. Here’s a few possible choices by Doug Henderson, @thejohnconway, @BrianEngh_Art , and @SerpenIllus just to get started.
@Platyhistryx Insector Haga/Weevil Underwood from Yu-Gi-Oh! They used a bug-themed deck featuring some of the coolest bug monsters you’ll ever see. They’ve also got a KILLER fashion sense.
Day 11 of Ghoulish Dinosaurs. It seems we can’t escape Allosaurus and Tyrannosaurus, they’re fixtures of creepy dinosaur art. Not so sure what the other two are supposed to be. These all seem like salamanders stretched into dinosaur shapes, largely due to the glossy skin texture. https://t.co/wlRBlRyCZO
