@JasperBoerstra @zjdelicious @Carlton3Le Very true... but... It does make sense to develop some art assets for repeating tiles, variations, or different size resolutions in vectors IMHO.
I used that approach for my work on the Minecraft texture pack 'Space Craft'.

After an 'issue' with brushes in Affinity Designer yesterday, I just had to play with it some more. There's too much fun to be had with custom brushes. ;)

I got kicked from a pixel art forum for using vector design for my sketches and basic colour setup before going into the pixel level and polishing it... muggle-pixels...
