Karl Landsteiner died #OTD in 1943 at the age of 75. #Landsteiner's #discoveries were great, but the greatest, the one for which he will go down in #history and won the #Medicine 1930 @NobelPrize, was the discovery of #blood groups, which took place in 1901.
