My main edit was cutting the additional rotated sprites and just use flipping.
There'll be a bit of imprecision in specular light direction, but it should be hard to notice amidst the action

@CRTpixels This is a great image for me to tune the shader. I am still working on hue/saturation and so far it works better at a scaling of 5x but I feel not a bad result for a noob.

New: fixed crash while selecting characters in "vs cpu" mode
Needed a break from enemy AI programming because it gets a bit boring at times, so I started to test if picodraw can handle stage 3's behemot, this is less than half of it, without moving parts.
