@GoodnameMM @randomJJBAfan Tom and Jerry is going to be it's own thing not connected to SCOOB.
It's going to be a live action/CGI hybrid film in the vein of films like Roger Rabbit, Space Jam, etc.
So it'll be CG, but they'll be stylizing it and implementing hand drawn elements to give it a 2D look.

@TSaxman25 You're in luck! They're actually making a live action/CGI Tom and Jerry movie that they plan to release this December.
It will be in the vein of films like Roger Rabbit and Space Jam with stylized animation that will give the characters a "vintage 2D look".
So......Warner Bros......
Now that SCOOB is released and your marketing has clearly paid off......
I suggest its time you start marketing your OTHER film you have coming out soon based on a Hanna-Barbera creation.
A teaser trailer would be nice, maybe even an image.
Please?
@DeadCell777 @IAmJustFarhan That one is going to be a live action/"CGI stylized to look like 2D animation" hybrid film.
Uli Meyer posted this great drawing he did for a T-shirt for the camera grip crew on TOM & JERRY on his IG.
And it may or may not hint at the fact that we may see other T&J characters in the film seeing as how Spike, who's drawn wonderfully, is here with the duo.
While I feel I'm neither talented, experienced, or worthy enough to participate in this chain, I'll just do pass on the chain to someone better. 😂😂
Some of this stuff I posted only on IG.
Anyway, I tag @FunnyBoiJulius1
He'll knock this out of the park. 😆👍 https://t.co/avo6Lz77Ob
@Widerscissors28 @Animated_Antic Uh, they learned. This isn't going to be like Alvin and The Chipmunks or Smurfs. This is leaning more towards films like Roger Rabbit, Looney Tunes: Back In Action, etc.
The goal is make it CG, but to maintain the look and spirit of the orignal 2D cartoons.
@FuwwyTwash @TheRegyman It's going to be in the same vein as the source material. Plus, they're sticking to the original designs and the plan is to have the animation be stylized and cartoony.
