Is the Universe finite or infinite?
Are there other Universes?
Are there other intelligent life in our Galaxy?
Questions like those, without answer today, give us the category of humans!

This stunning image of a part of NGC 3372 emission #nebula in Carina was done by @AstroSabadell member Josep M Drudis.
This nebula is situated 7500 lightyears far and contains some of the most massive and bright stars of our galaxy and galaxy satellites.
Betelgeuse had a mass-loss episode a year before the Great Dimming releasing a clump of gas. The normal pulsation behaviour and a convection-driven cold patch formed a dense dust cloud that temporarily blocked its light: https://t.co/BBccn11XIN

30% of the objects in the Kuiper belt are binary!
According to their characteristics, we know some of them as "blue binaries" (are 100% of them binaries?). Probably single and binary Kuiper belt objects have a different colour signature.

Remembering wonderful #Saturn images by Cassini. Rings, moons, atmospheric features... amazing !

Discovered 591 high-velocity stars based on data from the the chinese telescope LAMOST and Gaia. The stars are currently situated in our galaxy halo. 43 of them can even escape from the Galaxy !

This is one of the nearest planetary #nebula:
The Helix, 700 lightyears distant.
It’s an old star loosing its external layers creating a nebula.
Our sun will create also a planetary nebula in about next 4000 million years !

Was burial of the dead practiced by Neandertals or is it an innovation to our species?
There are indications in favour of the first hypothesis:

Difficult search of exoplanets's biomarkers: Photosynthesis could be responsible for the high oxygen levels and the thick ozone layer. Microbes emit methane and nitrous oxide into the atmosphere, and seaweeds emit chloromethane gas. Huge!
