There weren’t any big highlights, but it was an easy watch and the pacing was decent, so I burned through 52 episodes in 5 days.
Oh, and I really liked the timeskip after the finale.
Done with Mujin Wakusei Survive! It was a fun, family-friendly castaway story that evolved into a big scifi conspiracy with interesting (though not exactly novel) concepts in the 2nd half.
@Rudy2147 @PurpleGeth It wouldn't be the first time for NHK-E, though To Your Eternity has a bit more.
I've watched ~80 episodes of anime this week, something I haven't managed to do in years.
It's been a fun week and I hope this energy lasts because I'm already looking forward to the next titles on my list.
That being said, despite the clunky writing and convenient storytelling, after some annoying drama-focused episodes it’s a lot of fun again.
I love these ancient ruins and forests and if I had the time, I’d probably marathon the show in 3 days.
I didn’t expect this to be a kaijū movie. However, after 8 episodes it’s a pleasant, albeit predictable Castaway-style story. Very fun so far!
Man, what’s happened to classic adventure anime? Please make more stuff like this!
