Implemented k-means groups (lloyd algorithm), into NAW when pasting an image from the clipboard. It's a posterize effect. It takes about 1 second for a 128x128 image. The NES needs its bitmap data to be at most 4 colors.

Reminder that Super Hiking League DX shipped last year included a filter to round the pixels. Not quite like but in the same idea (it is 5xBR). I like how it looks in the sand's surface.

Completely redone from the ground up, but this requires doing a CHR switch mid frame. I'll see if I can get the code to work on real hardware. Also, borrowed the dither idea from the NES game.
