@eldritch48 Here are a few of my rainiest, dreariest scenes for ya, Seth! Of course, I do often like a bit of saturated magic or pops of color even in that sort of scenario, since it's great for creating a contrast.

This is a sketch that I repurposed, rotating it 90 degrees and then sketching a completely different idea over it. Don't be afraid to deconstruct old ideas! 'Seeking the Oracle' painted for #numenera

A few pieces painted for @HarnessedR PG a couple years back! Altogether they have a bit of a dreamlike quality. Looking forward to seeing how this game comes together!

Teaching my mentees has me going back and realizing how many master studies I used to do (these ones were for Nathan Fowkes' classes on @SchoolismLIVE), and just how valuable they were. Not just dissecting what other artists did, but also figuring out what I liked or not in art.
