Adjusted attack effects and the still frame screenshots are starting to look nice and expressive, like comic panels #gamedev

Here is a shot of the swing effects in action. I have been having trouble with the gold arcs bleeding over Lou's swing smears since he attacks so damn fast and trimmed them down, and am thinking of the dust cloud helping a player see where their attacks are effective. #gamedev

I've been doing a lot of tinkering trying to find an asset formula I like for attack animations and I got my first set to try out in action. I need to add fading translucency in the game engine but here's the trailing arc effect and dust cloud assets in my workspace. #gamedev

Making progress on colorizing character attack animations. Here's Lou's core three-hit melee combo, in color! I gave each weapon its own pattern to help distinguish which hand is swinging in each attack. #gamedev
