One neat thing about #MetalGearSolid 3 is that it fully contextualizes what is basically an event flag into the game's world to keep player goals and character goals aligned.

@kittensoft39 Definitely. Always boggles my mind every time I remember how vast and detailed Suikoden's world is and how there's a lot of it we haven't even seen.
@HEITAIs @flyingfox1984 @ItalianJoe83 Oh, cool. I had no idea. I'd only seen the green outer packaging before.
I honestly don't know whether or not it's popular, but I don't like it at all, haha. I guess I can't help comparing it to these versions that I think look much better.
#MetalGearSolid 3 does something neat with its setting. Compared to previous #MetalGear games, 3 feels more linear. You're in a vast jungle — a natural and largely untouched space — but the way you traverse the game's series of maps makes you acutely aware...
@PixelHunted @Nitroid @Nyxus_MGS Yeah, like others have said it was a mixed media thing. Novels, audio dramas, mobile (and I think browser?) game. Some KojiPro people (and apparently Kojima himself, go figure) were involved, but I'm not sure to what extent.
Did a short write-up on the gog dot com release of #MetalGearSolid 2 focusing on an aspect of the game that I don't see many people talking about. Probably gonna post it tonight or tomorrow.
I've heard the horror stories. Did I heed them?
Of course not.
Time to find out just how brutal Raymond Benson's murder of #MetalGearSolid 1 and 2 really was.
