Lunch Andalucia: Ajo blanco (white gazpacho) almond milk, garlic, little bread to thicken, dash vinegar.

Sicily: capers in full bud n bloom everywhere on walls. Locals say just pick the buds into a jar with salt.

olive tree in temple garden at Syracuse. Watched Greek tragedy in amphiteatro - fabulous costumes, no jokes.
