Finished Accomplishments of the Duke's Daughter volume 5, which concludes the main story. It wraps up quite nicely, even if it never needed to be a "reincarnated as an otome game villainess" story to begin with.
I recommend checking the English version when it comes out!
Starter pack of beloved light novels with heavily disappointing official English translations... 😢
Took a break from Classroom of the Elite to read I'm in Love With the Villainess, and aw hell it's good. I've been spoiled by the great LNs I've been reading lately
Side note: I really liked Karuizawa's role in volume 3, because she can be catty in a way that you don't often see with light novel girls.
She isn't a conventionally cute heroine at this point... Looking forward to seeing how she changes
Finished COTE volume 3. After this, the story goes into territory not covered in the anime. I always thought it was a shame that the anime ended there just when the overarching story really starts to heat up. Good volume!
I'm only on COTE volume 3 but I am very curious to find out the deal with these two.
I'm like 99% sure they're fake-dating cos no way would Kei be so popular if she stayed as some other dude's gf
(Please don't confirm or deny, I'm posting this tweet so I can laugh at it later)
@HeavensPiercing I think the actual proportions are more like this
still a smol
@ProphetBrady_ There were all these random ship tangents for Suzaku in S1 that just never went ANYWHERE, like explain this??
Lena from 86 is a very well-written character but she sometimes has the energy of a white girl in college trying too hard to be woke. Don't get me wrong, that's part of the reason she's a good character in the setting but imagine she was on Tik Tok
