I have slight resentment towards the Sabikui Bisco novels because

1) The Japanese in them is harder than your regular LN, which means I have to actually pay attention when I read, and

2) Something happens every page, which, again, means I have to pay attention when I read

I read Faraway Paladin without being strongly aware of Mushoku Tensei, and it had a powerful impact on me, bringing me to tears.
