Arifureta illustrations are funny because the images of the naked 13-year-old looking girl are way more anatomically correct than the images of the guy.

Last year, The Detective Is Already Dead volume 1 came out around the same time as the anime which should've been hype for EN readers... but then it picked up pretty much no traction or critical acclaim... RIP...

I have slight resentment towards the Sabikui Bisco novels because

1) The Japanese in them is harder than your regular LN, which means I have to actually pay attention when I read, and

2) Something happens every page, which, again, means I have to pay attention when I read

Don't play Genshin so I don't have strong feelings about redesigns, but allow me to express mild rage that they would replace the horny tights with a generic zettai ryouiki for this witch girl character. The tights are a vibe! They're unique!

Star Smash ended service earlier this month and no one noticed LOL

Still think Ulquiorra was the best character design to come out of Bleach. That man's vibe was insurpassable

Due to the peculiarities of the English light novel market at the time, The Faraway Paladin was published in English years before Mushoku Tensei.

I read Faraway Paladin without being strongly aware of Mushoku Tensei, and it had a powerful impact on me, bringing me to tears.
