First attempt at "Normal Aurora."

A few more. Wow, this "Aurora" looks like Kaworu from Eva.

More It Hurts concept doodles before I started drawing the series. I used to write messages to myself sometimes, as you can see. This was back when "Aurora" was going to be the main villain.

Going through old files and I found an early draft of this bit. This is one of the many times I'm glad @JosefSchwem told me, "It's not funny enough. Try again." I remember trying over and over and it ended up becoming one of my favorite and one of the most memorable It Hurts bits

I used a daikon radish instead of a sword to fight Zorro and now I have a big Z slashed into my butt cheek. Sorry!

I was gathering acorns so I could hand them off to squirrels, but a worm popped its head out of the dirt and scared all the squirrels away. I screamed in disappointment. Sorry!
