That car looks capable of war crimes.

I don't like how we don't see it (the most recent cameo is in IDW's classic verse where it's just chillin' by her house with his own canopy). Amy likely lets it loose. At the same time she never reveals its whereabouts.

Another "non-canon" instance: Amy's debut in IDW (issue no. 2).

This is not anything new. Spin-offs that are closer to the games only took note of what's already there. This was not a new "fix" penned by Ian Flynn, but Ian Flynn noting then writing in a canonical quaility.

🧵Amy Rose will not slow or tie Sonic down. Her jokingly asking for marriage or bringing the topic up a few times does not negate how:
A) she hates boredom and is adventurous
B) she cherishes the sight of Sonic being a free spirit
C) she wants to add to him, never detract
