@RamblingSingh Wolff was between 36-38 years of age during his tour of India & probably looked like his depiction in a litho in the book. The photographs show a much older person & would be of his later years.

Not sure abt first work. A reference states that Chopras were Sahejdhari Sikhs & kept appearance of Sikhs with unshorn hair, turban, etc. This 2nd work shows Mulraj in custody of British. After his surrender he was tried & sentenced to death later changed to exile for life. ..2/2
