My rendition of the moss leaf I tweeted earlier today. The original is quite big (22" x 33"), and given the lack of lateral veins, I thought it needed a bit of texture to make it interesting.

@commnatural For a few classes, we were sent across the street to the museum specifically to draw.

Then, one sunny day in 2009, I sat down to see if I could still draw the way I had learnt as a teenager. To my own surprise, it seemed I could, although my grasp of perspective did need some work. 😂
