It's part of the Switch Online lineup. It looks like it's going to be a lot of fun. At least I hope so.
Unexpected Bonus Week concludes with the last Nintendo-published American SNES release.

+ Simple but original falling-block mechanics. Might make an ideal introduction to the genre for young children. Zen-like gameplay.
- Too easy. Versus mode sucks.
This is "Attack Dedede mode."
It's more of the same but the round ends when you cause enough damage.
I'm so good at this I can't die even when I want to.
I went from thinking this was a slam-dunk top 10 game to wondering what they were thinking.
I went from almost dead to almost no blocks left on the playfield.
I'm overjoyed and elated by finding this game. It's going to be in my regular wind-down rotation from here out. It's an absolute pleasure to play.
I know this has a high chance of being on Switch Online too.🤞🏼
Holy smokes, I'm dazzled.
And what a SMART scoring system! No complex multipliers. It's simply "how many stars can you get?" Not animals. Not chains. Not combos.
Stars.
Of course, combos cause stars to drop in increasing rates based on the length of the combo.
I'm hooked.
They tried to do the Yoshi's Island crayon art, but it doesn't work here at all. Everything has this weird smeared look about it
Maybe the worst looking Nintendo-published game ever made? I mean good lord, look at it. Did someone rub Vaseline all over my monitor while I was out?
The object is that you have to sandwich star blocks between matching animals. If you create a combo doing this, the game drops extra star blocks onto the playfield. If those result in a sandwich, the combo continues.
It's a very simple but pretty neat formula
Graphics are awful
