Ahh, wait, I just realised what was bothering me so much about it – the collar of the shirt doesn't line up with the neck. If only I could edit the original image... oh well, I'll just release the fixed version another time, maybe after I finish all of the others.

FE6 sprites don't have blink animations, so... I had to make one for him, using Nino's blink animation as a base. I think it actually turned out pretty decent! Ryan is either incredibly relaxed, or 'this close' to getting up and slapping Luke for doing something dumb.

WIP. I continued with the splicing and editing, and... I'm feeling a little giddy right now, because it looks better than I thought it would, and I'm kind of proud...! I still need to do the chibi (that'll be a whole new learning process), but I'm excited to continue tomorrow!
