@PunchDrunkKing Yes it was Fang who was the Timberwolf analogue, who Wolverine rolled like Kyle Reese and wore his costume(I saw the figure).
What's strange is Timberwolf here looks too much like Wolverine as he'd later look(orange and brown costume).
I know I had to have had "The Burbs" in my subconscious when doing this.
Instead of falling for someone playing the "victim card" fall for some great art, and a light-mystery story with WOLVERINE/GAMBIT: VICTIMS a mini-series by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale that ran from Sept. to Dec. of 1995 and had our X-Men face off against Arcade.
@AdamThanosPod @PunchDrunkKing I believe James Robinson also was trying to clean up the mess Lee, Liefeld, and Co. left. Here is the covers to the 4 parter.
@PunchDrunkKing Cable #45, yeah man that was very "Commando"-like and it had a great pace. One that sticks in my head after all these years was Cable #42 which was like a extended version of the "Technoir" nightclub fight from Terminator.
@bloodofkirby @Lionman771 @sootygrunter79 @TDenton_1138 @TheProwler5 @thinbloodeddino @CanadaDaredevil @ManFirestorm @GGWOW1 @PunchDrunkKing @TrashCanDanpt3 Ed McGuinness was made for those 80's cartoon/toy comics. Thundercats, He-Man, I'm sure She-Ra would've worked great too.
That rat tail alone may be a death penalty crime.
